Return Policies

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service via the "Customer Support" button in the main site menu, clearly specifying the problem encountered.
Our team will guide you through the return procedure best suited to your situation.
You are not required to provide the reason for the return, however we kindly ask for it to help us optimize our services and offer you an increasingly better experience.

3. Return Conditions
- Products must be intact and in their original packaging
- Must not show signs of wear or damage
- Must be complete with all accessories and documentation
- Labels must still be attached
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Smatily GmbH, except in cases of returns "due to a change of mind" where costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Legal Warranty
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months provided by the Consumer Code.
