1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 24 working hours. Delivery normally takes:
- Italy: 2-3 working days
- Islands: 3-5 working days
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost depends on the specific product.Always check the product page to know the exact shipping price before completing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's dimensions, weight, and destination.
3. Carriers Used
Smatily GmbH relies on the best national carriers to ensure fast and secure deliveries:
- BRT
- GLS
- SDA
- Poste Italiane
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place at street level from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of absence:
- The courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery
- A second delivery attempt will be made
- The package will be held for 5 working days
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged using protective materials and, when possible, eco-sustainable materials.
6. Damage During Transport
In case of visible damage to the package, it is important to:
- Accept with written reservation on the delivery document
- Photograph the damage
- Contact us within 24 hours at info@smatily.com
